1 take 10g calcium sulfate, pour it on a piece of a4 paper, judge the whiteness from the appearance;

2 add 100ml water in a clean 300ml beaker. pour 10g calcium sulfate in the beaker, rotation the beaker 10 seconds cover with aluminum foil paper (note: the powder in water);

3 remove the cover and smell the mixture, looking for characteristic smell or bad smell (such as rotten eggs smell, musty, oil, chalk, hot metal);

4 stir the mixture clockwise evenly with a glass rod, while observation solution surface and the bottom of the beaker is whether exists presence of impurities and foreign body; uniform mixing for 10 seconds clockwise and then immediately stop; observe the layering of the mixture.
